The approved project continues to affirm the close relationship and sustainable cooperation for mutual development between Vietnam and Laos.
The meeting between the two countries’ high-ranking delegations was chaired by General Secretary and President Thongloun Sisoulith and President Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
